well personally i kinda liked the dubs. but yes the origanl voices are always better.
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

I'd agree, personally... I don't understand why Kitsune has a Texan accent, for example... But some people (J-0080, for example) swear by the dubs...

I must say I was satisfied with the Love Hina dub. It just takes some getting used to. (Like all dubs IMO). The only problem I had with it was Kitsune's texan accent.

WHY DOES A JAPANESE PERSON HAVE A TEXAN ACCENT?

thanks for telling us something we knew for a long time. :P but yea, i think it's really bad. i can't stand it. but then again, some people don't think it's bad at all (it's impossible to convince my friend that it's a bad dub -_-)

WARNING

If you haven't seen Love Hina then you're lucky. It has got to be the worst Anime ever mode. I just finished watching episode 25 (As part of the Christmas Special) and it was just bad. I didn't think that they could cram that many pantie shots or nude scenes into one episode. It was terrible. I know a lot of you like Love Hina, but this episode was just not needed.

Because the only way most Americans can comprehend a different dialect is to compare it with your "southern accent". Although in Jubei-chan they used a British accent, which was a good change. While I still can't recognise kansai dialect when used (yeah, I suck) I'm not even sure if she speaks that way.
Regardless, we should all be preparing ourselves for "Southern Osaka" when ADV finally release their butchering of Azumanga Daioh.
