Ballad

This video provides a closer look at Shannon's unique interpersonal relationships in the series Scrapped Princess. Additionally, it showcases his combat talents by bringing together some of the strongest combat sequences in the series. It's somewhere between a tribute and a character profile.

The series is enjoyable, and I would like to see more interest in it. There are some spoilers, but they aren't devastating or take away from the potential enjoyment of the series (in my opinion). Please enjoy the video!

Not bad. It's been a while since you've done anything (nearly a year looks like). I love the show, although I disagree with your desciption of Shannon as the "bad ass". His attitude is far to ambivalent and always has a dull or sullen demeanor. But he's definately the big brother/protector/hero to Pacifica.

Video was well paced and I kind of like the song, it fits with the "theme". I'm sure more people will be doing Scrapped Princess once it gets licensed.

The Definition of Badass

Post by Onegai » Sun Nov 30, 2003 11:36 pm

I think we're looking at the term of "badass" in two different ways, leading to different opinions. I meant it in the sense that Shannon is a combat monster and the character most prone to committing actions which increase the amount of coolness associated with him.

I agree that often he is too complacent and sullen. However, when he gets motivated or mad, things start hitting fans.

Well, I haven't seen this anime yet, but you did a very good job with the editing, so I certainly liked the video. Good work. 8)
