I suggest purge everything except..

I agree...for the most part...

But a revision must be made:

DragonBall movies 1-whatever.
(Not that I'm ignorant of Dragonball, I am just not aware how many movies there are/specials there are for Dragonball, but each one needs a category unfortunately.)

I feel that is the amount of choice that should remain. I justify this, simply because Cowboy bebop for example, it listed seperately from "Cowboy Bebop: Knockin on Heaven's Door"...the movie and the anime may resemble eachother to the dot, but they still hold differences, which make them different sources, with different tweaks/stories...

It may seem excessive, but it's true for all that.

In any case, don't these people realize there's a thing called 'Video Description' where they can very easily let people know which movie/saga/episode they used in the vid?

I can understand the desire to note the individual movies are separate entities, but at the same time, they weren't huge theatrical movies... they were premiered at animation festivals about twice a year, and quickly released to home video. Not exactly the same thing as the Bebop TV series vs. movie.

Ideally, I'd like to see just the three TV series listed, which could incluce their respective movies and TV specials:

DragonBall
DragonBall Z
DragonBall GT

... with allowances for the different spellings / spaces (such as "DragonBall Z" vs "Dragon Ball Z"). The video description space, exactly, is the best place to break down exactly what "sagas" or movies / specials were used.

In all honesty, "DragonBall Z: Android Saga" and "DragonBall Z: Cell Games" are <B>NOT</B> their own individual anime series; different sagas, at least, should be first on the list for purging.

I think I agree more with DBZ_Doomrider. They are seperate movies, and therefore they should have their own catogories. But I deffenetly think all of the sagas have to go. As well with the various spellings and such.

I somewhat agree with DBZ_Doomrider and VegettoEX.

While all the different spelling and sagas I agree must go, the movies should stay.

While the DBZ Movies weren'treleased in any type of theater, they are still different in storyline, so they deserve their own entry.

The TV specials, however, like the Dragonball 10th anniversary special, is practically the same as Dragonball the series itself, so it probably doesn't need it's own entry.

The 10th anniversary movie was the only big-time theatrical production of ALL the movies, though :P

There's only three TV specials... two for DBZ, and one for DBGT.
