new YYH vid - Nightmare

This is a Kurama profile vid (of course), set to his theme song 'Nightmare' - sung by his voice actor, Megumi Ogata. Needless to say, it's not a very original combination (though the song hasn't been used before). ^_^;; But there's lyric sync, and I put the english lyrics on the vid page.

The vid is mostly about the Makai arc - Yomi, and Kurama's fight with Shigure, but there are a few other parts used (the conflict with his stepbrother and Yomi's first in command). Generally I wanted to look at Kurama's darker side and how tormented he was during that part of the series.

Warning: The song is slow, so don't expect my usual action sync with this one - I was trying to keep the shots slow enough that you could really see his expression. Also, I'm aiming toward accessibility here so it's in mpg format. [If anyone knows some nice tricks with the filters in TMPGEnc, I'd be glad for any tips for the future - I can't seem to get much out of it without the size getting rediculously large.]

And do check the vid if you get a chance - the song's pretty, and Kurama's a fox, so it's nice to look at despite my problems with compression. ^_~

Ooh...never seen it. Um, the girl is his human mother - the white shots are flashbacks...yeah. I don't think you want to hear all the rest of the story, but that might help some. ^_^;;

well you all ready know my thoughts on it. i didnt realize you came out with a new one until i just happend to check your profile. of course i plan to make a Kurama vid myself until i get the series which will be after christmas plus i have to watch the eps from Kurama vs Karasu to eps 112. btw im working on a new YYH vid right now and should be completed by the end of the weekend if im not lazy.

Heh, I figure fans of the character (since his voice is the singer) will like it better if there's lyric sync. And if you know Japanese that just makes it easier, right? ^_^ I'm glad you liked it.
