Big, BIG rule of thumb for AMV ideas: never choose a song based only on the title.

A better joke would be Lady Zera to the "Xena" theme. No lyrics to worry about, and the joke was actually made in the series (Pyrus' line, if memory serves).

Or heck, a Pyrus and Zera tribute to "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better" from Annie Get Your Gun

I HAVE taken a look at the lyrics, and yes, it DOES work. It just requires having seen every episode from both seasons several times to see how it works.

Your Xena idea is too uncreative, as Prince Pyrus beat you to it with the old "Xera, warrior princess" mockery. I think it was the episode where they landed on Remora.

No, I will never, ever, EVER do a Pyrus/Xera tribute, not even in jest. That's just... barf. No, bad, evil, wrong on every possible level and a whole bunch in between. I'd sooner do Femur and Lamprey.
