That was really strange and funny. I don't know the anime, but it was fun to watch. I'd review it, but I'm not sure what I'd write about this. It's one of those rare 'shalt not attemt to op' vids.

Kaitaro, the guy with glass's, just can't seem to pass his College Entrance Exam;
along the way to re-taking the test, he finds-out that he has become the Manager of an all girl dormitory left to him - by his grandmother T_T

. . with the thought of Finances out of the way, he meet's a few girls with issue's and he seems to be one of those issues! - hehe
