Nah, I don't see why it has to be. That one dark-skinned perky/scary girl from Love Hina might work. I guess just try to find some character who's adapt at dancing.

I'll be willing to do the Edgar/Sabin part.

I was thinking of using Terry and Andy Bogard as the infamous duo. Let's parallel:
Terry and Andy
-Brothers
-Both are blonde >_<(i'll think of better things)
-Terry wanders off to train and get stronger
-Andy has Mai
-Terry and Andy fight each other

Edgar and Sabin
-Brothers
-Both are blonde >_<(i'll think of better things)
-Sabin leaves castle to learn new skills
-Edgar thinks he's God's gift to women
-Edgar and Sabin don't duke it out for the throne, but I'd like to say they did ^_^

This is just an idea to use. I could probably think of better things later(come on, I have till next fall). But in any case, I would like to do the Edgar/Sabin part. Thank you. <bows and dissappears from the amv world...again> ^_^

Sounds like it'd be a good idea.

If you want to start on this, you can download the Edgar/Sabin segment and work on it, that is if you want of course.

Glad to see you back in the AMV game again, hehe.

Although someone already decided that Terra will be San from Monoke Hime, I thought of one other character that could be used for Terra. It's Juna from Earth Girl Arjuna. It's got a similar theme to Monoke, regarding preservation of Nature. And Juna is a character that has to deal with living between two worlds. She even has an esper-like form.

And yep, it is domestically available.

The sudden lack of interest in this project makes me wonder if people are really interested. I know some of you are, or maybe I'm just being jittery. I just wish there was a little more interest in this from other people.

I think also we need deadlines and stuff like that. Looking at the website you have stuff about the summer/fall/spring and whatnot being busy, so it doesn't look like we'll be finished with this for a good year. Correct me if I'm wrong (b/c then we can all get started earlier). As for characters, I'm sure the ones that are interested would be willing to do doubles...if no one else wants to do one.

Don't end the project! I've already started! >_<
Either way, if project is off or not, i'm still finishing it.
I bet more people will be interested eventually.
