There is nothing wrong with any of the effects in the first half of the video, I just found the way they were sync'ed in the second half of the AMV to be more satisfying to me personally, like it just clicked with me on a more natural level. I cannot say why for certain.

Liked this one. I agree with Seasons that the 2nd half is where things began to really heat up, but don't think there was anything really bad about the first half. The special effects were fancy and fit the song genre well. I'm jealous!

This was a nice fresh of air. Most the AMVs I run into on Youtube are dark and negative. I use to like them more but they are overdone. Pleasant change here.. Effects were enjoyable. I felt it captures the mood, concept and story very well it seemed to be going for.

I think you were on to something here. I really wish the effects use had been a bit more consistent throughout, though, as they felt very slapped on here and there, and then there were stretches with no effects at all. It was a bit too random in that sense, although as others have mentioned the second half was a lot stronger than the first. I definitely enjoyed it overall!
