Overall its a good video. I like how you control the speed of the video. Faster pace scenes for the faster parts of the song and slower pace scenes for the slower parts. Some of the beat sync was really nice. I think you guys could have done more with the beat sync. I like the transitions in the video and how well it flowed together.
The down side is that this video would be disqualified in a lot of amv contest. You guys used download footage with watermarks. That's a big no-no. If you can try to find the raws if they are available. Also some of the footage was pixelated and I saw some interlacing.
Overall this video I enjoyed watching it. I'll be sure to leave a more detailed review later today after getting done with a few things.

Also just youtube links, how about using the VidID Tag?
The timing was terrible! It only looks good in parts because many animes have scenes which synch to everything! I see no good here, even the quality was bad and logos everywhere :/
What I can say was good was the emotional aspect, the music and some of those cool scenes definitely work
(only watched till 2nd minute so I dunno if it got better later, probably not)
