I was catching up on the Wall Street Journals for this week, and they had a front page article on "My Little Bronies". XD Made for quite a chuckle to see my fandom in the business world. [IT's the November 4th issue if anyone wants to find it].

The fandom has found its way into the Colbert Report as well

The My Little Pony: Friendship is Music Videos event at Youmacon last weekend was one of the biggest events all weekend (at least for the VAT.) I'm still finding more and more videos and pictures from the event! My fellow bronies are awesome!

My boss runs this report every 2 weeks that picks up discrepancies in data. After much searching I found the report, modified it for my own purposes, and now it runs for me the day before it does for her so I can go through and fix everything so when hers runs there's no issues and I look like a genius.

My whole team pretty much does this kinda thing too, so when the corporate quarterly meetings come up, we just wink at each other when the reports have no outstanding issues for our team.

I'm on the final stretch of classes. Just 1 more class session this week, 1 more class session next week and then 4 class sessions after Thanksgiving. In other words, just 6 days left that I have to show up for classes. :3

SO EXCITED TO BE DONE WITH THIS AUDITING, MONEY AND BANKING, AND "COMMUNICATIONS" BULLSHIT. Words cannot describe the hatred of these classes... Worst. Semester. Ever.

Next semester won't be easy either, but at least I'm done with all my core accounting classes (except 2), and everything else is just electives. Then graduation! Huzzah.

In work today, a client asked if they could get rid of their phone line and still get the internet, so he wouldn't have to pay line rental... EITHER WAY, YOU PAY LINE RENTAL! It needs to connect to something!

Then when I asked if his current provider gave him anything for free he replied:
'They're awfully bad, they never send me flowers, wine, or even a box of chocolates!'
/proceeds to laughing down the phone (in the friendly talkative way of course)

Getting nice calls always brightens up your day. That, and I'm off next week, (annual leave, so I get paid to do nothing ) and I won't have to hear myself talk constantly for a whole week. YAAAY!
