Happy 19th birthday Blain!

A few weeks ago when Reggie asked me to make a track for Blain I thought "Yeah, I got plenty of time to do this" And waited a while to plan what I was going to do. But then I went on vacation for a week and when I got back I only had a few days to get it done. Considering that this was rapidly thrown together in 2 1/2 days I think it turned out pretty good.

That's probably for the best because I didn't want to disturb myself with this song any longer than I had to. I've had this combo mulling around in my head for a while and this seemed like a good time to get it over with. So, unlike TK421's video earlier this week this one really does need a WARNING: Mature Content!

Hmm, I felt like the video is much too fast paced and action-oriented for the song. The song doesn't give me the intense feeling that the clips seem to be demanding. Also, with the insanely fast cutting and heavy use of extreme closeups and shaky camera, it's difficult to see the details what's going on - this always bothers me.

You sound like you're critiquing a film project lol. this video was rushed but still, I don't really agree with you. Even if I had more time to make it I don't think I would have made it less action-oriented. It's better to err on the side of intensity. Though if I had more time I probably would have chosen my scenes a lot more carefully to make them flow better.
