  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

First video in something like nine months (although if we're counting most time spent editing and not release date, it'd be over a year), and probably my last one for just as many. Was planning on releasing this after Katsucon, but it didn't make the finalists for reasons unknown, so I figured why wait? I'd love to hear your thoughts, thanks for watching!

Well I hate to say this but I had a very hard time enjoying this. There was some parts that defiantly stuck out, like the track motion bit ( or at least it looked like it. I have yet to watch this series ) But i'm so custom to Kham's video it's so bazaar to see anything else.

I liked that you played into some neat internal synchage but I just couldn't get into it. That and there's an epicly awesome LAMV with this song that I love so I may be biased. >_>

Good to see you editing, though.

Edit: I actually didn't even realize where I'd heard the song until I was about 3/4 of the way through your video, so I didn't go into it thinking "This won't be as good as x video". The song just doesn't feel suited to the source and I just wasn't feeling it, that's all.

I couldn't really get into the song, I guess it's not my thing.
For some moments it felt like it went a little longer (like the beggining and some part in the ???prison???). The multi screen effect was really good. Again, what brought a little down the AMV to me were those scenes that held out longer, else, I think the overall flaw of the AMV is solid considering the complexity of the song.

pd: the anime looks damn random.

could this possibly one of those amvs that grows on the viewer with time? i feel like this could be the case, i want to like it and i can see where and why i could like it but it's hard to properly appreciate it right now.

but in any case i'm glad we're getting a video out of you and dead leaves is a good anime so i'm happy eitherway.

I really liked this.

Don't anybody take this the wrong way, but it's almost like something I would edit.

(if I could "edit" what's in my head, not crap out videos that kinda sorta look to be what I had intended)

After "Apple Tree" this video looks "not-so-good-synced".
