Well, first of all let me start with saying that for your first AMV it's really, really good. My first AMV was nothing like this...

From the good points I would note the technical side. It wasn't that good actually, but for your first try you did amazing. I also liked how the characters played the instruments. I didn;t really like the idea itself, but it is admirable that you were able to do it.

From the bad points I would note the overall idea of the video. Characters playing on the instruments? Not bad! But showing some scenes form the anime was not that good of an idea, since everyone's already bored with those scenes, hence no emotions follow them. But simply characters playing for couple of minutes would also be boring, thus you should have questioned usage of this anime. From the technical point of view some part were done not very well, TV simulator was completely out of theme and all those media generated stuff also looked kinda cheap. But all those mistakes can be forgiven, since it;s your first try.

Overall, I can say it's not bad! I advice you to stick to AE. Seems to me that you care more about vertical side of the video, then horizontal. Which means that you pay more attention to image customization, then cutting. Well, so do I :D And that's why I use AE! So, keep making AMVs! Nice job.

Seems like you worked hard, but it was kinda hilarious watching sasuke playing the drums...

Well anyways good job :D

x2
Damn this was pretty original xD I thought I'd never enjoy a Naruto AMV again.
I didn't enjoy an effect or two there, but the concept and originality kinda makes it up for that. Good job! ^^

That's a....pretty good first AMV. Certainly a bit higher level of ability for a 'newbie' at editing...I wish my first AMV had 1/10 of the techniques in there... :P

Don't mean to repeat what others have said already, but it is certainly one of the most original Naruto AMVs I've seen...the execution wasn't perfect, but still...Sasuke....drums.... *still laughing hysterically and having my bro watching me as though I've lost my mind*.

that... was awesome

I feel a bit bad also laughing at sasuke playing the drums, since it looks like you worked realy hard to get this to work as well as you could, but tsome of those scenes and movements are just hilarious ;p The guitar movements are much better tho. Still, really awesome idea, and for a first video I gota say even the execution was pretty good. It needs alot of cleaning up and polishing to truly be epic, (perhaps a little too ambitious for a first project) but given some experience I'm sure you can remaster this, or do another similar idea much better. I've actually had the idea to do something similar myself (not with naruto tho), but with 3d characters, mostly for the same reasons why sasuke is hilarious to watch in this video ;p Just not the time to realy pull it off yet.

Still, As mims said, new editors are frightening
