personally, having half the videos in the finals, seems like easily enough, bordering on alot.

I don't see a problem with having a few of the categories only have three videos, if the votes for those were way higher then what the (would be) fourth had.

I guess counting actually helps for making worthwhile comments. Nice to see such a variety of videos being recognized.

Aye gut reaction and perception was a lot different than what was actually there when you go through it numerically. The difference between glancing at a few categories while you're at work and actually looking through them all at home.

I'm a little surprised and a bit sad that none of the H vids made it into the finals. Not even the cateogrys made it. First time I've seen that. I was pulling for #35!

Should be fairly easy to pick the winners for each category with how few choices there are this year. I'll get to if when I get back from Matsuri though...

Tbh, I wasn't that impressed with the H-videos this year. I'm always hoping for more quality videos in underrepresented genres, but this just wasn't a very strong year for that category.

I gotta give that one on the second disc a bit of respect because it almost offended me. It was the closest I've come in years.

But as a video it was pretty flat.

i agree the finalists where dif than i expected in quite a few categories , particularly both action and best in show. at least on of my fav in the whole contest made it in 3 categories :p
