Both really cool and more than a little sad.

This video is just so INTENSE. Even though I saw "The girl who leapt through time" about half a dozen times, there were moments in your amv when I was on the edge of my seat saying "Oh my god, whats gonna happen next?". And I don't know if you meant to do this, but this amv really makes Chiaki look like some kind of ominous villain that observes time but doesn't give a damn about what happens LOL. Your amv also makes it look like Makoto prevented the accident by sacrificing her own life. But whether you meant to do that or not, this amv is truly golden. The plot that it creates is just so perfect that it is difficult for me to even find words that properly describe its awesomeness.

And the best part is that this amv isn't great because of jaw dropping effects or scenes that have 20+ layers of masks and overlays. The time warp effects were amazing, but overall, this is a fairly simple amv. And yet, it was one of the most enjoyable that i have ever seen. Many editors often neglect the idea of giving their amv any real plot. But your video is a clear reminder of how an amv is capable of having a plot that's unique to both the anime and the song being used.

I give this amv a 6 out of 5. :up: (And no, that is NOT a typo. I reserve 5+ and 6 star ratings for videos that feel shouldn't even be compared to "non 5 star videos") I truly can't think of a single way you could have made this amv more enjoyable. It is just THAT DAMN GOOD. But aside from the video itself. I personally feel that naming the AMV "Day One" would have been a better choice than "Time". But even so, I can't deny that "Time" is an awesome title.

/megets for Beatles

:o

I have to say, I was really disappointed up until 1:46....from then on this is without a doubt the best Girl Who Leapt Thru Time video I've ever seen, and damn near one of my favorite videos to date. It probably helps that I'm a Beatlesfag but the editing and effect work after 1:46 was just amazing and you told your story clearly. I loved the buildups.

The first 1:46 felt very weak tho, very ugly color correction and mediocre editing, especially when compared to the rest of the video.

I'd give this video a solid 4/5. I really enjoyed it.

It was amazing, one of my new favorite AMVs ever. This song has a lot of memories for me, when I was getting into the Beatles. ;__;

Anyways, the only thing that bothered me was the Aspect Ratio. You know the footage doesn't look that squished, yes? Aspect Ratios being slightly off annoy me. >: I am a nazi in this area.

Besides that this video is perfect. In every way. *__*
