I made this for a few reasons. The main reason of course was to relax and have fun, but the other reason, I've never seen a Kurozuka amv. I almost never hear it talked about, yet for me it was one of the best anime of the last season. I really wanted to give it some exposure, to convince people who didn't watch it that it might be worth the time. I really wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous animation it uses. Eyecandy is the main purpose of this, so don't bother looking for a story; there isn't any.

This was a weekend AMV, made in two days, but I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it.

Yea, I saw Slipknot and assumed the same thing at first, then it's placement bugged me and I realized it was just the song. That was actually interesting to watch although the scenes didn't hold the same overall impact of the song but i felt intrigued enough to stick around. Anime looks sick too, need to check it out.

Slipknot was an interesting choice of music for this anime, and I have to say it fitted well with the anime, Kurozuka. The animation of Kurozuka is superb, but unfortunately there were some dropped frames here and there that I noticed (not too many though, and it may have been my laptop). A well thought-out video with a fantastic (albeit strange and hard-to-follow) AMV storyline and beautiful, melodic music makes this a 4.2 star AMV in my personal and highly subjective AMV rating list.

hell I'm checking this out just to see if the song is as horrible as the band

*gets*

So much better than the band.

Can't say I liked it that much, anime does look cool. Nice AMV for sitting back and chilling too, nothing more.
