Oh yes, sorry, I meant Most Artistic AWA Expo 2008.

Really.

This AMV is about, well, memories.

I heard some people liked it. Some people didn't. Some people thought it was really odd. Some thought it was the most original AMV they've seen since ages. Some people thought it was the most annoying one since ages. Some people wanted to know everything about it. Some thought it was really boring. Some thought it was the best story they've read in an AMV. Some thought the font usage was terrible. Some people didn't know what to think of it. Some got a headache. Some people thought it was artsy. Some thought it was pretentious.

But you can't deny this AMV is different than anything you've ever seen.

It really is.

Okay, maybe strange is the word.

And oh yeah.

Then there's this one.

The evolution of warfare.

Image

Yeah. This one is more clear. The poster even has the anime and artist names mentioned on it. And some samurai guy fighting a soldier. And a stealth bomber which happen to look like a paper plane.

Whatever.

Enjoy it.

(and if you happen to like it, nominate it in the VCA if you think I don't stand a chance, because I don't)

HELVETICA!

*is a fontfag*

EDIT: Surprisingly, I liked the first 50s more, even though the idea and the contrast and execution were very brilliant, as well as the message of the AMV.

One question, though.

Why were the main audio cuts so hard? The start of the AMV audio wseemed too abrupt as well as the end. The middle was better, but still... I sense an artistic purpose, but I can't really tell why.

really great audio editing, but you have a major video mistake in the beginning around 0:14 where the frames are in wrong order.
