sounds interesting, I had a similar idea watching american idol and figured it would be too many videos to edit and judge that interest would be lost (doing it the american idol way anyway) this sounds like a somewhat scaled down version. perhaps it may work.

If you're really interested, I can make a few exceptions regarding uncompressed version. I did say you can use huffy/lagarith compressions though. My editor can edit with MP4, so if that's an issue it can be resolved.

I am usually using huffy and it doesn't compress that much. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
Anyways, if it doesn't matter I can use only like... 10 series at best, count me in! (and tell me a week before, so I can free space on HDD >___> )

Awesome. I've wanted to do this for like at least a year now. If I get around 10-12 people interested, I'll put up a sign up thread and see if we can get all 16. :O

Again, let's remember, i'm a very flexible person, and I might change it up a bit. Maybe two weeks inbetween competitions, or a week and a half.

Is it odd that i've already got two competitions planned out to the T.

They do. However, I can run them through ZarxGui263 BEta 2, export as MP4, keep the same level of quality with an Avisynth Script, and import them into my editor as MP4. I just learned I could do that a few weeks ago. Thus, Huffy can work.
