I suppose mine take so long because only 10% of my time is actually spent putting the video together. The other 90% is spent planning, fiddling around with aspect ratios, framerates, color encoding and otherwise preparing the footage, adding things in Photoshop (I have to use Windows Movie Maker 2 so I can't be fancy otherwise), and generally trying to keep Movie Maker running and not freezing, outputting all the DV-AVI files with frame losses, or refusing to save as a WMV of any quality unless all the footage used is uncompressed video. It's a very stressfull process (the latter is, anyway).

But that's just me. Everybody works at their own pace, let's just leave it at that.

It's a sickness.
Start making masking videos and your time will go up in months. :x

Troy I think everyone knows by now that you actually have a robot making videos for you... you don't have to lie to kick it.
Get back to masking, malfunctioning robot!

That VCA will be mine for sure! 8-)

Did you remember the typewriters?

You can't have monkeys with the typewriters!

I just watched my oldest videos and then watched my more recent videos. Why did my skill take a dive around 2004? In fact OMG Du Hast was the beginning of the end.

I noticed that i bacame more lazy... in the old days I was working hard to get a simple 3d effect... nowadays I'd do it in 5 minutes instead of a whole afternoon. But I just became lazy :o

Yes I enjoy watching them. Because when I compare the first amv I made with premiere I see how creative I was even though I didn't know the software !

I find that most of my old videos are REALLY boring lol. I haaven't matured either cuz every one after it is REALLY borring too. Plus I got into AMVing at 23, so not much maturing going on anywhere...
