Ok so this is the first amv I have ever even considered sending to contest. I am very proud of htis amv, and i am also glad I had more than 2 hours to make this one and made it on my terms and ideas.
Let me know what you all think... in an op if at all possible.

This is my first amv that I have done outside of AMV Wars since I became a serious editor.
For those who don't know AMV wars only gives you 2 hours to Edit 3 sources and a theme, that an audiance chooses. The last few amv's I have made were in AMV wars so I am glad that I finally have produced this video, and got it up on the org.

Hmm... I know you said you are used to cutting AMVs under 2 hours which, granted, isn't a lot of time but... since this one no longer has the 2 hour limit I think you should go back and do a lot more polishing.
In general the shots are entirely too long for your music choice and both external and internal sync are poor - actually for the most part I don't say much of that at all. A lot of shots are also very similar and gets redundant; there also seems to be very little correlation between the song's lyric and the imagery... :/
I think this video can be good, but yes needs a lot more work.
