Edit: This video...wow. I'm speechless. This is proof that even with only six episodes, and as one of the most-used animes on the .org, FLCL still manages to be source for originality and creativity. I think you know that I love serious, dramatic FLCL videos more than the more common comedic ones, and this one just exemplifies that point. Absolutely amazing and perfect scene selection. At no point in the ENTIRE video did I feel a scene was put in just because you couldn't find something better. EVERY SINGLE SCENE means something and progresses the story.

And while the story is clear, it's still open to interpretation, and the text you put in at the very end was -perfect-. This video left me thinking.

You sir have done a fabulous job in almost every respect here. Some of the effects were very 'meh' (the noise needed work, it looked way too stock), but besides that this is a top-notch video in my book, and the best FLCL video to come around in a while.

In late February when I first thought I was done with this video (before certain beta testers shot down my feeble hopes), that very same week there was something in the news that got a fair amount of press concerning a satellite plummeting to earth. I think in the end it was shot down, but it gave me one of those "huh" moments. Then I threw this video into a hole and refused to look at it for a month, so there.

Well, there you go. This video has really been a labor of love and it's good to see so many of you like it. (This video now has the highest star ranking of any of my videos as well) And maybe at some point I'll comment seriously on the story of this vid, but for now let me just revel in the fruits of my labor.

Holy crap, a FLCL video that uses scenes I have never seen before? o:

Really liked this vid, had an interesting mood to the whole thing. The little touches like the blinking lights/stars/and whatnot were nice and really added to the video. The song is really catchy, and you really do it justice, I can't even imagine the song used with a different anime. And the fact that the quality is gourgeus doesn't hurt either. Great work as usual!
