Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

I don't think it's possible to actually enjoy this kind of AMV as in "I'm going to keep it on my HD and watch it every morning while eating my breakfast", but it was nice watching it one time, crazy stuff :o

This was weird but I enjoyed it a lot more than d!gital me, which creeped me out (yes, there are some people out there who didn't enjoy this one !)

It's unfair to compare these 2 AMVs, but well...I hope you get that I only want to support this off-the-hook FLCL stuff you just released :]

hell yeah :amv:

I guess everyone here who is complaining must be forgetting that Sky edits whatever he wants, if he wants to make a concept-less video from time to time then there is nothing wrong with it :).

Nice random video, I liked it. (will not enter in detail this time though :P)

I am way too goddamn lazy to respond to each of you, but there seems to be two main responses to this video so I'll just run with those.

To those of you who didn't like it:
Thanks for watching anyway! I understand the complaints about the randomness and the pointlessness, and well, that's pretty much exactly what I wanted. I made this video because it makes me laugh - I understand if no one else finds it funny, since the whole reason it's funny to me is because I find the genre of speedcore to be just flat-out ridiculous in every way, and that's how this video is supposed to be. I'm sorry you didn't like it, but fear not - this is the only video like this I plan on doing ever.

To those of you who found some redeeming quality in it:
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it and were able to sit through it. Don't really have much else to say to you, but I appreciate that you checked it out and enjoyed it.

To everyone: Thanks a bunch for the feedback, I always appreciate it no matter how negative it is.

And to ZS:

Fall_Child42 wrote:Dude... I dunno how you did it ... but you made that video boring.

You didn't try very hard did you?

Some of the synch was fine ... but there needed to be much more action and movement and SOMETHING.

I guess that's what it was anyway... I can't be positive...

but I honestly thought you could have done much more than you did with it.
Hmm...well, I don't really know how to respond. I guess I didn't really try particularly hard, but a lot of the parts that I assume you're talking about are the parts I find funniest. As for there not being enough movement...I personally think this isn't a problem, to me anyway, the video has plenty of movement. Not saying you're wrong or anything, but I'm pretty satisfied with the video as a whole and I don't know what specific parts you're referring to, so...¯\o_O/¯
