But anyway, about da vid. it was your typical action FF7 AC vid. There was nothing extra special about it. It was edited well and the quality was flawless. But it's just AC bores me in AMVs....

- I liked what you did with the motorcycle stuffs which fits the song (and also the game [Need for Speed: Most wanted] its from). I especially loved how it started, love how you added the road signs, great Idea.

- But I found you switched to the usual fight scenes way too often and most seemed weird (especially the part with tifa bugged me). I see Final fantasy has limited Footage, but this still bugged me.

- I liked the sephiroth part in general, but found the switch to the other scenes after it somewhat weird.

- Some synching was really nice, also pretty good lyric synch in places, but most of the time It felt like it didnt have enough power and actual visible beat synch

- To be honest, I got dissapointed. I expected better.

I don't get it, it looks like all the other FF7 AMVs out there. Still, nice video quality and synch, but it's the same.

Ah, here it is. I remember seeing the beta for it a while back. Definitely a good solid action vid, and the cool thing about it is that it seems to use a lot of shots that you don't see much of in FFVII: AC amvs. The whole driving theme kicks ass and goes well with the song. Good stuff indeed, Ricey.

Sorry guys about the whole "just another Advent Children video" deal. :shrug?:

Kevmastaflashdeluxe: Switching between fight scenes was something I did b/c of the song. If I had just stuck to one fight at a time, it would've been too consistent in consideration to the song. The song isn't exactly straightforward, so I felt I had to switch around fight scenes to reflect that(also it worked out better with the lyrics, too). Especially towards the end, the song was coming into it's final seconds and it called for all out intense situations. I didn't want to focus just on the Sephiroth fight right there or else the 2nd half of the video would be completely redundant, that's why I switched around where I felt it was most appropriate.
The not enough beat sync issues goes in hand with me trying to go with the singing sync more than that.
I'll agree on the Tifa part, though. When I started off the video, when I got to that point of the song, I really didn't know what to do at first, and I really wanted to avoid the Tifa fight b/c she isn't on a motorcycle when fighting that dude

.... but yeah, if I had completely chosen not to use that fight, I wouldn't have been motivated enough to finish this video. OH well?
But yeah, sorry you had your hopes up and only to end in disappointment. I appreciate your input, though.

Aside from the fact that I'm not a big fan of FFAC (and the fact that I watched too many of those despite the no.1 fact), this is pretty good and I enjoyed it. But I kinda agree with ayanefan, there isn't anything that would make it stand out of all those FFAC videos out there...

Still, technically, awesome job!

I have to agree that this looks like every AC Action vid.

I could see a good flow, some synch after the begining was a bit off, I hated the song >.<. Quality was "O___O", here I thought I have seen perfect quality with AC vids, yours just owned all the rest. Nice action synch and internal sycnh overall, though I think you lost a bit the control with the fast sword fight scenes with Sephiroth

Overall I have nothing against action AC vids, but I really didn't like the song saddly

, so I may nto watch it again that much.
