Thanks Bauzi. I didn't expect you to like the song...I never doBauzi wrote:I really liked the way you used the effects this time. Really nice and effective. I wish that they would be a bit more of the whole video. The rest looks like the overaverage romance/drama amv for someone who doesn´t understand the lyrics like me and yeah... I don´t like the song, but I can listen to it ^^'
4/5 should be the right choice for this one, but today I´m more speachless and can´t say anything more. Well maybe later. I´m still surprised about your editing speed Ben. Also I don´t see editing mistakes.

Thanks Gina. I understand completely what you mean about those bars in the middle; I still kinda like them, but I know what you mean - they almost seem like too much in the context of the rest of the video. Thanks for watching and for commenting!Reigna wrote:Nice work, Crackerzzzz. The opening effects were neat, but I wasn't a big fan of what was going on with the bars in the middle. It's kind of funny seeing a BtC vid this like coming from you as well hehe. But yeah, good stuff overall.
Thank you for watching! Glad you like it.ScorpionP wrote:EDIT: There were a couple of moments that made me 'wow', good storytelling as always (though I watched the movie) and the song really fits anime. So, nice job
I agree that the second part is probably stronger than the first part, for sure. And I agree with pretty much everything you said, thank you very much for watching it and for leaving such a detailed comment!Emong wrote:Lots of useful stuff.
Thank you! You should definitely check out the movie, it's one of the most beautiful pieces of art I have ever seen in my life. I'd definitely suggest actually buying it though; downloaded stuff just doesn't do Shinkai's work justice.Full Metal Sempai wrote:Quite good amv, solid and with a clear storytelling. The scene selection is good and the colors just perfect.I haven't watched the movie but having watched your amv and Koop's I believe it is time to download it.

Well hurry it up.Greggus1 wrote:I hate you for 10 reasons. You could guess about 7 of them, and you'll learn about the other 3 pretty damn soon.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I tried to keep things simple (as usual with these kinds of videos) so there weren't many effects, and I didn't want to spend much time making more.Funky-kun wrote:This was quite an enjoyable video. Pleasant editing and some interesting effects (too bad there were only that much.) I liked the video
Hahahaha, that's funny because I was thinking that exact same thing when I was laying that clip down on my timeline. I didn't want to, honest, but it worked so well with my concept that anything else would have messed up the story, I think. So I apologizeWillen wrote:But did you really have to use the scene where they touch hands? EVERYONE uses that scene at a climactic point in the song/AMV.

Thank you! I'm glad you were able to get a story while watching my video - that was my main concern.Lok1990 wrote:i like the atmosphere of the amv and i can get the story from your amv easily.
good story telling, great editing and synch ^^ 4.5/5
Thank you for checking it out!Fadoo_sama wrote:GOOD WORK,i like *_*
Thanks Kael! I really appreciate that you took the time to download and watch it!Kael_ wrote:Wow wow, very good work, very beautiful, pleasant and good edited.
I like very much, congratulation, I keep it
Hehe, thanks anurok. I've realized that I'm just a fast editor; if I spend too much time on a project, I lose interest and either drop it altogether or stop trying and produce crap (see: Wings to Heaven). So when I get an idea, I try to edit it as quickly as possible before that happens. Glad you liked it, in any case!anurok wrote:Crack...that was a great video. It was a great choice of scenes and a great song. You made this in 6 hours?
*sigh*
