Definitely worth five stars. This was fantastic editing Bauzi, the culmination of what you've been doing as an editor thus far. However, I have some complaints:
-Few typos; nothing serious, but noticeable and a bit annoying.
-I wish you could have found more interesting ways to combine the songs, other than just fading them out then back in.
-As a few others have mentioned, that segment in the middle that's basically just action (the one with Cowboy Bebop) seemed REALLY out of place, like it belonged in some completely different AMV. I did not understand its purpose, as it seemed to have nothing to do with the story you were telling.
Those complaints aside, this was a fantastic video, in every sense of the word. Started out a little slow, but the last few chapters were just...wow. I love how you took elements from The Second Rennaisance, RahXephon, and Evangelion and combined them to look like they were all a part of the same contiguous story. It was original, creepy (though I wouldn't go so far as to call it "horror", really), and just...awesome. Your editing was top-notch, effects usage was surprisingly minimal for you, but it worked very, very well.
All in all, definitely my favorite video by you. I wish you had fixed up a few things, but the good outweighs the bad by so much that I can't deduct any points. 5/5, we need more creativity like this on the .org.

Hopefully someday I'll write you an op, but I've gotten so lazy with ops that it may be months before I get around to this one :/

3 outro mentions bitches
anyway, I, as well, was kinda surprised that this actually had me entertained from start to finish. I'd take a guess and say that it's the moody editing with almost perfect scene choices.
The effects were mostly well-used, although there was a definite overkill of grain and scan lines ;p (and I'll show you how to animate/draw blood better <: )
however, in the 1/3 amount of action you had going on in the vid I felt like the sync could've been helluva lot tighter, it just doesn't work the same way as in the non-action parts.
also, if the ar was constantly letterboxed it could've been much more consistent.
some parts were a little too stretched like the cain/abel part (mostly because it was basically one scene) and the anime choices in the obscene part as well as some others were not hardcore enough (mezzo forte would've worked, for instance) but overall, this gets a fucking
btw I loved the outro and the last bit the most, felt very epic to me |:<
7.7/10
