This video is probably the best demonstration of quality/reviewability for its size. heck, I could easily watch it at least 20 times in a minute.The visual quality was amazing, and it can fit on my ipod 14575 times.

There was a minimum time limit last year for Acen. This year for whatever reason they dropped that. When I asked I was even told "if you think you can make a 1 second video that has a chance, you're welcome to it" without them knowing why I was asking. I'll bet next year will have a minimum length again.
