Seen it. What's to say? It's pretty damn good. I enjoyed it (a lot). However, like any and ALL anime everyone has their own opinions.
Probably gonna get it when it's all out. If that helps

SAC has alot of the same characters as the movie so it helps if you have seen the movie but not critical.
Cyborgs, lots of action, the Tachikome, good art work, cool OP song, IMHO great artwork, etc.
I loved it but some dont like it. To me it has a kind of Bubblegum Crisis feel to it but theres alot more to it. Some episodes are very touching and well written and give lots of insight into the characters.
Just me but I feel SAC is a must see, now that its funally out I will be getting.

Actually, there is no box.Brolly345 wrote:If you can get the first DVD with the art box I'm getting it. I like to buy them one at a time as they come out; that way I don't miss the money as much.
Just a regular and an special edition.
The special edition comes with the same dvd as the regular edition, but also a second disc that has the episodes in widescreen with DTS. (first disc has Dolby Digital) and finally the soundrack cd is thrown in.
This jumps the price from about $17-$20 for the regular to about $40-$50 for the SE.
Ands yes this, reg and SE thing will continue throughout the release of all the volumes.
Those who want everything on the first go (like me) will have to dish out some major cash for this series. (I'm gonna hold off for awhile)
