Ok, today's installment comes from the short, but super weird and surreal, Pugyuru!!
This show is based off the equally weird and surreal manga of the same name that is still being published in Magazine Z.
Mizore is a yuki-onna (snow woman). Why she doesn't melt I don't know.
There's more weird characters in this show, and some later episodes are freakin' hilrious. I'll try posting some more screencaps later when the time permits.

I've always wanted to eat at a famires-Z.
Boy, if that lady thought FLCL was bad with a popsicle, this will drive her ballistic.
This last one is made funnier if you go back and look at the popsicle pic again.

Well, the yuki-onna (i've also heard it called yuki-no-onna), for those who don't know, is a mythical Japanese being who would appear to those lost in snow storms (or somethin' similar to that).
