I definitely have to go with Sachiel. I just really like his design; it's not as silly as some of the others. I've got an 8-inch model of Sachiel sitting on my desk as a matter of fact.

I don't consider Rei an angel, she's either human, or god, your pick.

Anyway, my favorite angel is the (arguably) most powerful one. I don't remember what number, possibly 14 or 16 or something like that. It's the one that comes when Shinji quite Nerv and is in the fields.
