How Should This Be Titled?

I wasn't sure whether to put this here or in Audio Help, but either place works, I think.

On Matchbox Twenty's Mad Season album, the very last song is called "You Won't Be Mine." However, much like System of a Down's Toxicity album, there is an instrumental piece after the very last song, based off of that song. I have always been a fan of "You Won't..." and have considered using it in an AMV at sometime - either part of it. Unfortunately, the booklet doesn't differentiate the song and the instrumental piece.

So, my question is this: if I am to use the instrumental piece, should I title it "You Won't Be Mine" as well? That isn't entirely accurate, given the three or so minute gap between it and the last song. They are technically two different pieces. If I do differentiate them, how should it be done? "You Won't Be Mine (instrumental)"?

Just curious what the general thought on that is.

the instrumental part is actually part of the same song. there's just several minutes of silence in between the main vocalized part of the song and the instrumental epilogue.

i would still credit it "You Will Be Mine" even if you're only using the last two minutes of the song, just as you credit your full anime source even though you use short fragments of it. you could include in your video comments that you're only using the instrumental final two minutes.

downwithpants - good reasoning, and after I thought about it, that seems like the best option.

Thanks for the input, you two. I have several CDs with this exact setup, so suggestions on what to do in such a situation were very much appreciated.
