AWA 2014 Rules The Video Art Track at Anime Weekend Atlanta

Hi, i read the rules, but I didn't find answer. Can I submit a video that is 0% anime? I heard from someone that it is available to submit live-action videos, but i have no experience regarding this contest. Can someone answer this?

In the past this has never been a problem. I assume that hasn't changed for this year.

EDIT: Looks like that's the case. From the "General Rules for All Contests" section:

The Video Art Track does not dictate decisions of artistic judgment. The artistic design of your entry can be anything you choose and may draw from any type of source material, aural or visual.

This year we are allowing people to upload themselves saying their own name, to hopefully cut down on my own personal embarrassment. I cannot wait to see how y'all abuse this feature. And by y'all, I mean mostly Mr. Pilkington.
