I thought this was a fun concept and props on the song, but I felt it was a tad toooooo long. Good start to the pro disks fo 'sho.

This was pretty amazing to have written your own lyrics for this song. I enjoyed it, except for the same reason as you (in your vid discription) and Moolight Soldier already noted. Those solos did get boring as they dragged on. Regardless though, amazing stuff.

Props on the writing your own song for it. Props on the idea. Not so much props on the length. Really, It was funny at first, but the length kinda killed it. Needed to be probably about half the length you made it, and it wouldve worked alot better IMO. But you already know this. Still, a good start to the pro discs, and I had a my laughs at certain key points, which all in all makes it mostly a success.
4/5 from mah. (Normally Would've been a 3, but upped to 4 for added effort of doing your own song)

I don't know what I'm listening to, but I know I never want to hear it again.

Re: AWA Pro Entry, Otaku Star
The first thing I thought when I saw this video on the Pro disks was, "Okay, I have to hunt down Julius at AWA and get him to tell me how he recorded all that. Everything in that song made it sound perfectly like 70s rock, and MAN, that guitar..."
... but now that I know that it was essentially a karaoke job, I am much less impressed.
Still, it was a highly enjoyable video. I know everyone is saying it was too long, but all four verses were well written (again, the lyrics and their delivery fit the genre perfectly despite being all about otakudom) and worked very well with the video -- and they only got better as the song went on! The only thing I would have liked to see cut is the solos, and I don't know the song well enough to know if there were any good places to do that.
