  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Shaman King Manga

Post by u_queen » Thu Oct 12, 2006 12:04 pm

Well, I've just uploaded my newest video.
I used Shaman King manga as a tribute to the cat Matamune (it's a character that don't belongs to the anime). The title is the same that volumes 19 and 20, it's not a frech song; it's a song of Lia from I've. I don't like I've, I just like Lia :P
I made this manga video because most of the times manga it's better than anime, but it's a pain make them.

Well, i hope you like it. nd don't hesitate in leave a opinion :D

Hmm, sounds interesting if you could actually pull it off. I'll check it out.

I demand better visual quality. Thats the only major thing hurting this video. I think the codec got screwed up on the encode also, because it plays kinda choppy and freezes sometimes. You should do an Xvid or H264 encode if possible. mpeg so so yesterday ;p

Otherwise, the editing was pretty good, and I liked how you did the effects and such to animate the manga kinda like a MAD. Good work on the editing, needs major work on the encoding.

I'm not sure what to give it...something's wrong with the one I downloaded. The sound constantly dies out or something. The visual quality's fine, but either it's my copy on my computer or something. I don't think it's you, because the two above did not mention it.

Weird...I'll try and redownload it.

Ah nevermind. Got it. Guess VLC doesn't like it, but WMV can play it fine, I'll be sure to leave you an OP too when I finish. :D

Yeah, sorry for the quality
Since I'm new using this program I had a lot of problems with the render. I made the rendering over three times and the las one was the one I uploaded. My brother (who knows more of the program than me), helped me to render again. I'm going to insert an indirect download if you wish to see a better- quality-but-bigger-size video.
Well, I think thats all... and thanks for wathching the vid
