Well I have to say I did enjoy this video at Otakon when I saw it. No matter how many times I see the OVA used I still prefer it over the TV Series. Just because the animation is more detailed. Anyways its good to see another romance amv from you and the style of this one has been different compared to your previous ones. This one has more of a upbeat feel to it. Nice work.

(I can't wait to see your action amv when you release it.)

This announcement is getting old, but I was at Comic-Con last weekend (which rocked) so I'm about a week late and have an excuse for being so tardy >_>

Yeah a lot of my 'friends' didn't vote for me

so I'm not offended.

In fact, the Romance category was pretty strong this year so A) I understand and B) am glad that I was fortunate enough to walk away with another win.

And yeah, I technically have another video to release (finished it in April -_-) so I sort of did? I had an idea for Pro, but was pretty burnt out after editing two videos in the last few months.

Don't worry though, I have plenty of ideas left (and like five videos half-finished -_-)...actually maybe worry since I'm going back to Grad School (was doing an internship) and that was the mainly why I had no time to edit

Yeah I prefer the OVA to the TV series as well. Well I guess I can't fairly say that since I've only seen a handful of episodes of the TV (even though I own the whole thing).

At the same time, I was originally going to use the TV Series, but realized that with only a week until the deadline, I should go with something I'm familiar with and yeah...I know the OVA pretty well

.

And yeah, I wanted to make something a little different compared to my other (Sappy) Romance Videos and I'm glad I succeeded even if it isn't considered 'as good'

I'd also call it more of a Character Profile or Drama based on the response I've gotten from con-goers and other editors.

Ah yes, I do remember seeing this one at Otakon. That really was a very different take on that song. Even though I preferred the slower tempo of the original song, this one worked quite well, and was one of the better videos in that category. I think you definitely achieved your goal of doing something a bit different with a Romantic Sentimental category and Ah! My Goddess.
