- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Very cool dude, nice to see some OC on the org.
What program did you use to model the rubiks cube, if I may ask?

I take it you rotoscoped LA footage for the hand animation?
Very cool stuff, thought the blurring of the line as to what's allowed as an amv worries me.

Is it just me or Quick Comments have been disabled? I can rate the videos I download on LOCAL with stars but I can't post QCs anymore...?
About this AMV that is not an AMV but sort of is because it's legally hosted on the org...Well I have to say that I have a lot of respect for the drawing, good job man.
But I don't really see the point of it and I think it's good that it didn't last more than a minute. It was kind of like an Aphex Twin music video but with boring images to watch. Maybe I just didn't get it, I don't know.
I always think it's good to have people who don't like your work when you try that kind of videos. The best pieces of art are the one that divide people.
Actually that's the reason why they released The Matrix 2 and -especially- 3. At the beginning they only wanted to make the 1st movie but when they saw EVERYONE liked it, they felt the need to complete the series with a fucked up one...and then Larry decided to become a woman

I remember reading something about keeping original animation relating to anime in a way or maybe I'm just imagining things (most likely imagining...) but anywho thanksArashinomeAMV wrote:The fact that it isn't an AMV is pretty irrelevant since we're aloud to upload original animations here as well. I don't even see why the issue was bought up.![]()
Anyway, awesome stuff. I dug the beta and the full version is even more awsm.

Thanks and yeah, Lucky Star AMV is in the making lolSephirothishere wrote:2x, the beta itself was already pretty hawt, nice thing it got upgraded to an awesome full![]()

Thank you and the whole thing was done with Sony Vegas 7.0 and Photoshop CS2 V.9.0. No 3D programsPas wrote:Very cool dude, nice to see some OC on the org.

Yup lol. I can kinda see where you're coming from seeing how this doesn't have much to do with anime in general.Vivaldi wrote:I take it you rotoscoped LA footage for the hand animation?

Thanks. Yeah I cut it short because this video was kind of off the top of my head and I didn't have a strong enough concept in mind to drag it on for longer. I agree on the part where art divides the audience.RatQuiRit wrote:Is it just me or Quick Comments have been disabled? This is totally my style!
I thought you finished this very quick as i guessed it would have taken you much longer to finish!
Is it frame by frame manipulation ?

Yeah I did finish this faster than I thought since it was frame by frame manipulation besides some of the static.Neverend wrote:This is totally my style!
