Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Not only have you made an excellent Tsunade profile, but you managed to do it without any of the stupid humor that accompanies her.

I think this is an appropriate response:

Mmm, that was a delicious AMV. I mean that in a positive sense, of course.

Ever since I stopped watching Naruto, Naruto AMVs have become more enjoyable.

I liked it. Although, like Bakadeshi said, some of the action parts took away from the story. (The video quality was what I expected of a Naruto Video...)

Unfortunatly there just isn't much footage of Tsunade where she's not fighting.

Ow. That hurt. There's a reason for that. (See bottom of this post)

Thank you very much! ^_^\/

Thank you! I appreciate it.

PLEASE NOTE: I was trying out some new settings for exporting video. The result was horrible and the footage came out a bit pixely. I will hopefull have a better quality copy up by tomorrow night.

Using the Crop filter with zoom checked will get that result on some clips. I can very well recognize the effect that's obtained from doing that in this video at some points, and makes the image look a bit soft yet scragly. Unless you tamper with avisynth a little more, your video will still not be too sightly (although the rest of the video's quality faults I believe were from a messed up export).

So, before you try doing a more proper export, I'd recommend you take some of the parts that you cropped/zoomed and instead bring them into vdub (and crop and resize, of course). Bilinear, bicubic, or lanczos will get a much much grander result than the nearest neighbor-esque turnout from Premiere's Crop/Zoom filter.

However, before you get all over me saying "quality isn't all that's in an amv," let me tell you that that doesn't mean it's something to disregard. Quality in a video is very equal to the quality of a presentation. Even if your presentation is filled with beauty, how it is presented could mess it up in the end.

Overall, this video was great, the only part I really didn't like was when it kept fading back to Tsunade fighting Orochimaru's tongue over and over. ;p

With some quality improvements, I'd say it'd be very very nice.

Of course I know quality is important. Don't be rediculous. This is why I said I will be making a better quality copy.

Shoot... I guess rereading it the way I said it, it sounded very bad. I meant to say that to anyone else in the thread that thought I was making a big deal out of quality. -_-

Since, believe it or not, it's happend to me more than once.

Disregard me being annoying, and just take to heart about cropping and resizing in vdub with better resize algorithms, it'd really help your video.

Lol. No prob. Just glad it wasn't ment for me. :)

I wish I knew how to use filters in Vdub. I have tried so often, but I just don't get it. And it's frustrating because I'm the kind of person who taught myself (With no instruction manual) Adobe photoshop in 3 hours and Premiere in 8.
