I'll tell you from expirience. Having a job as a cook at a pizza place is not bad at all. I would know I work at Pizza Hut as a cook. It usually is really easy and since it can ge pretty laid back and even fun. As you can tell I like my job.

Congrats. Seriously don't listen to anyone who says its gonna suck. Its not going to suck as much as they say, and the reason it sucks for them is becasue they are probably in debt or something. I mean yeah there are gonna be bad times, but overall its gonna be fun. So lean back and eat the pizza as it comes. Sometimes the pizza is moldy, but its still pizza for fucks sake.

I concur. I used to love going to the library (yeah i'm a nerd, bite me), but now just saying the word fill my soul with disgust. I like my boss and fellow co-workers, but everyone else sucks, and it doesn't help that I'm anti-social and someone asks where a book is.

Enjoy your new job.... while you can. No in reality, your job probably wont suck or be as bad a most say, but after awhile, it will get very repeatative(sp?) and I think after a while you will get tired of pizza. But try to have as much fun as you possibly can. Good luck.

I have to agree. I used to run shifts at Papa Johns as a manager in training, before that company went downhill. Now I'm a delivery driver for Domino's. Only problem is my manager: he's a dumbass, and he has a tendency of hiring other dumbasses, and putting them in charge.

durring the summer i was a machine operator ... my lunch tasted always like dust and even after i left and wen't back to school sand was still comming out of my scalp and crevices i didn't know i had for about a month ...

however i doubt that your pizza place job will be as bad, or dangerous as mine was ... enjoy it while you can, if you can.
