80+ hours
Even if the morrow is barren of promises, nothing shall forstall my return.

To become the dew that quenches the land, To spare the sands, the seas, the skies, I offer thee this silent sacrifice.

About 6 months. That's working straight through, 5+ hours per day during the week, 20+ hours each weekend. All of my freetime was used on that. By the time it was done I couldn't remember what I used to do with my freetime, I was too used to obsessing over that project every time I had 10 or more minutes of freetime. That was planning the video out frame by frame and making the footage. Actually putting it to the music took 18 hours (one weekend).

Longest: Three months. Hour-wise, I lost count at the 30-mark...

Shortest: Two hours. For a seven second clip. (It might take another hour to work out lip-sync, though.)

Estimated time for next project: six months to one year...

Longest: about 35 hours of working (another project is going longer from start to finish though, and is currently on week 3)

Shortest: about 1 hour of editing for like, 10 seconds.

Longest I've worked on a video was about 120 hours over a 6 month period, and that was on my newest amv. Now if you take into the account of making the song and being at the practices, trying to get the sound I wanted, it took about a month to make (30 hours). So overall 150 hours in a 7 month time span.
No matter what, stay calm, stay cool and live life to the fullest.
Plus as Gene would say always go big in life.

In actual hours, I think my longest video was either Apocolyptic Silence or Love and Hate which both clock in at around 60+ hours of work.

As for work from start to finish... longest I've worked on a vid was a year and a half. And that was for Love and Hate.
