If three years is considered old school, then most of the people here could fall into that category, and I'd be a fudgin' grandmother. Highly illogical.

Whatever happened to Kevin Caldwell anyway? Did he just retire? Did he parley his editting skills into a job in the entertainment industry? Or did AD really kidnap him?

I'm pretty sure it's the last one, but I was just curious.

Then you couldnt be refered to as "Oldschool".
My point was that simply, the org runs on a base internet clock in my mind, oldschool can be refered to as 3 years ago because most of the org really started coming in about 2003 (the number of videos has MORE than doubled since this time last year). Meaning all you are actually oldschoolers because you where here before us.

Much like I was born in 87, so people born in the late 70's are still very "oldschool" to me following the real world time clock.

Sure kevin caldwell is oldschool, But I don't think the anime music video base has such a huge ground to stand on quite yet... It's like do you call the PSX oldschool? No. Why? Because videogames have been in the media spotlight since about 1988 - Forward (when it really started kicking in again after the collaspe of 1985).

So henceforth, anyone before the mass majority of members started joining would be called old school.

Picaso is called oldschool, but considering he died in the 1900's you wouldnt think he WOULD be. But also, Considering how mcuh the worlds population has more than come doubled (baby boomers thanks to WW2, China having econmic troubles, etc) he is considered an older artist Whom often gets refered to with the likes of Rembrant and others.

So excuse me for having my own thoughts.

Rubyeye.

Then MJ, Veg (sorta old school :-*), NeoGohan, Akimbo, and ShonenDizzyCow.

Those aren't all really old school, but relatively not-so-new school. ;p

That's basically how I think of it.
Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.
