If I'm making the right sense of your post you have to wait two weeks before you can download locally hosted videos.

That is, if you do not donate within that time.

This restriction was removed.

I think hes saying he isnt recognized as being logged in when he tries to download... maybe clear your cookies?

They removed that? hmmm.

Well then, yes, it does say it isn't recognizing his username.

Try what Zarxrax says. If that doesn't work just re-register with a different username and try again.

For Internet Explorer. Go to "Tools" - "Internet Options" - "Delete Cookies" - "Delete Files" - "Settings" - "View Files" - delete anything there.

Open a new page and log in again.

Do NOT make a new account unless you try this first. Or get Opera:
www.opera.com

/Brolly345 - if it's a problem with cookies in IE, it won't matter how many new accounts he makes.

Or you could do what Phade suggests, and use Firefox.
