Tried opping it myself. Same error message.
It looks like the video was hosted on local. And then it was deleted because it was too violent for local. So the site is probably still registering it as a locally hosted video.
@ Mods: Is that punishment for trying to put it on local - that it can't get any more ops? Or is it just an error?
