ok, so here i am... in need of some good xenogears source and all i can get is this crapy 320x213 that psx multiconverter gives me... first off, is this just PSX MC or is it just that damn small? Also, how can i clean this up... i've tried a few things, but i can't seem to get anything to look decent -_-
Any help would be great... need this footage like.... now, cause i'm tired of editing this video... heh

the video is encoded at that size. there's nothing you can do about it. you can resize it. but there won't be any detail.
i.e
a farshot of a face looks like a faceless blob when resize 2x the original. did this with elemental gearbolt.
i would say resize it slightly. if you want to. your eyes threshold

I'm surprised no one has plugged Quu's Cleanup Guide in his video game footage tutorial. Shocking. Anyways, it pretty much just takes blowing the footage up to a huge resolution, blurring and smoothening, noise reduction, changing the framerate, and then resizing to whatever resolution you want. The guide uses VirtualDub, but I'm sure it can be done in Avisynth or something.
