Some Facts:
I used After Effects, Premiere and Quicktime.
I had about 230 Compositions in After Effects.
I edited my footage to 4 different songs before I decided on this one.
I spent a huge amount of time on Flickr, Google, and Deviant Art to find those pictures.
I have masked over 900 frames.
I started in February.
I abused Blabbler...many times!

Have Fun^^

Since some people think that there is no point to this amv, I want to give some things to make you look some deeper. There is a point to it all. The whole AMV follows a color scheme. It goes from blue (dark, unsecure, sad) to some kind of orange tone (bright, hope) back to blue (dark,....). So as you can see the whole amv is more like a frame covering all the emotions that are expressed by the characters. Here is a picture to the color scheme i had:

I had a concept. It was showing the viewer extrem saddness and sorrow, but also giving him a blink of hope. Some scenes, especially in the end, show some sort of hope. Changing the background for most of scenes and adding so many effects gave me the possibility to get pretty close to an obvious color scheme.

I found it quite similar to Koop's Twilight...

The main problem of your amv was that it didn't have a story at all. It's was just a bunch of beautiful segments - 2d characters mixed with a 3d enviroment.

But i mean it... beautiful segments. 4/5  Great job, bravo!

There was never supposed to be a story in my AMV from the very first day I started working on it. It should be emotional sync all over and nothing else. I don't know if this should be considered a "main problem".

I didn't see no unicorn but to me i saw a reflection of emotions, especially sadness, perhaps resulting from the reminiscence of past events and how each person feels secluded from their own world or maybe I did see a unicorn and it drove me crazy. Also I accidentally spotted a mistake at around 57 seconds with her crying. You flipped the background image so the writing on the sign is backwards lol.

Anyways, really sweet stuff man. Twas like watching a unicorn pooping a rainbow; Quite beautiful and lovely

doesn't remind me of twilight at all.

Really interesting concept, but yeh it kind of seemed all it was, was like recreations of the BGs. If you added more of a story & some movement in the background to give it that more real feel to this, I would completely adore it. Still though I liked the concept, the birds flying were my fav

That was a very interesting unicorn.

I enjoyed the concept a lot, but I felt like it was missing something......
Though, congrats on the composition work and the time you took on this.
