  This AMV is made in the style of a silent movie. It's supposed to play at the end of the silent movie era, around 1930. The idea to make a AMV in that style came as I worked at my first AMV. I played around with framerates and decimate, to accelerate a certain clip. I'd noticed a flicker like in old movies, but sadly I hadn't made notes about the settings. I could never reproduce that effect, but the idea was born. For a while I was bothering with the question to add scratches, but in the end I decided to make a "restaurated" version.
  
  The Story
  This AMV is a different retelling of episode 25 of Noir. It rises the question "What had happened if Mireille had appeared earlier at the manor? If she had seen Chloe and Kirika kissing?" But gives it an answer? Watch yourself. I made this as parody to have a balance to the sadness I feel whenever I watch this episode.
  
  Some Background
  It plays around 1930, so Kirika and Mireille have to use different guns. Kirika uses a Beretta 1915, an older single action Italian army model. Mireille has a Walther PP, a new double action German police model. That's similar to their models in the anime. In difference Kirika has now a striker fired gun and Mireille a hammer fired. And both share the same ammo - 7.65mm (.32 ACP).
  
  The instrument we hear is an original cinema organ, built in 1928 from the company Michael Welte & Söhne in Freiburg/Baden. It was installed 1929 in the new built Luxor-Palast cinema in Chemnitz and is now placed in the cinema museum Potsdam. This organ can replace an orchestra with 30 people and has a hughe number of noise effects.
