  Whoo, my new vid is finally done!!! Took fn forever!! *dead* Anyways, I'm so proud of myself for finally finishing it... especially this much earlier than I thought I would!
  
  Anyways, I know no one wants to read a bunch of long crap, but I think this video possibly needs some explaining, so I'll just seperate and head all the parts and you read whatever you want of them, but at least please read video concept.
  
  
  Vid Tittle
  Renkijutsu no Meibatsu... meaning Retribution of Alchemy. Well, at least that's what I hope it means. Meibatsu, anyway... that's what the dictionary said, among four other choices, this one sounded best. Lol... It was gonna be Consequences of Alchemy at first, but I decided on this one. Almost all the good FMA vids have Jap names, so I guess that's why I made it Jap... lol, yes sad... moving on...
  
  
  Vid Concept
  Ok. this part might be a little confusing. The thing I did was I divided the song into three parts.
  First verse n chorus: Ed/Al/Winry
  Second verse n chorus: Ed/Al
  Third verse n chorus: Ed/Al/Mom
  This song is "what happened to us?" so I played on that concept, at first basically what happened to Ed, Al, and Winry and why they aren't as close anymore.. I mostly used the episode they're gonna show on CN in like two weeks (23). I think that's the episode, anyway. This part is the most confusing because it deals with Al and Winry seperately in the verse (but together in the chorus) and the song is meant to be sung by Ed. So at first the lyrics kinda refer to Ed/Winry, then Ed/Al, and then all three. The Winry part starts with the Ed lip sync, and ends with the Ed lip sync, and then it's the Al part, and then it's the chorus. In the next part it was spossed to be Ed/Al, it ended up being mostly (not only, but mostly) clips of Ed... cause he's so friggin cute and I just wanna drag him out of the screen... haha ok, that aside... The next part deals with Ed and Al, also a lot of clips from episode 23. Then, the next part is Ed/Al/Mom. In the verse, its sort of a memory thing to Ed and Al trying to bring their mother back for the whole "we could've made it work..... for throwing it all away" and then I show their mom for the next and last chorus. And then it ends. So in case that consufses anyone, 'cause I do jump between people and scenes fairly quickly, and you might think some scenes in this are random... anyways, I'm sure you'll figure it out. It focuses a LOT on lyric sync.. though maybe less than some of my other videos.
  Throughout the whole vid, everytime the lyrics "what happened to us?" came up, I tried to in some way show it's relationship to alchemy.. 'cause alchemy is really what happened, and it's due to alchemy a lot of crap occured. So as the vid progressed, I made more and more references to the alchemy emblem (the cross with the snake thing, not the transmutation circle). In the end of the vid, it's most common. This is why the vid is called retribution of alchemy.
  
  Lip Sync
  There are really three parts with lip sync... the first two in the first verse done by Ed, and the third part in the first chorus done by Winry.
  Big thanks to Poetic_Kaos for telling me what I was doing wrong wit my lip sync. THANKS! =]] I fixed it from the original two frames, but there were only three frames to use, not four, but it's definitely better now.
  I tried to edit out all other mouth movements if possible. Didn't work out in some clips, but in most I think I got rid of them. =]
  
  
  Compression
  It's wmv. It's [i]not[/i] made by Movie Maker... this was made in Vegas 5.0, with some help from Photoshop 7.0, so don't assume incorrectly, please. This really does give me the best quality. WMV is a really good codec, most people who use it, however, use movie maker, and many ppl use movie maker because they aren't that good to bother getting a better program.. not all ppl, just a lot of them. WMV is a really good codec, though!
  
  
  Spoilers
  Yeah, there are some... sorry... I tried to keep most out, really, but it's like impossible, so yeah. They're pretty much the same as in my last FMA vid, with a few more scnes, most of which I've seen in vids anyway... but if you haven't seen the end of the series and other vids, I'd advise you to not watch it.
  
  
  Opinions
  I'd love some! Plain as that... I'll do an op trade with anyone who leaves an op for this if they have vids online.. if they so desire. My opinions lately average about 1200 words =P Well, my last like 6... or more... Otherwise somewhere between 700-900 words. You know you want an op... lol.. just leave me one and make it truthful, and hopefully over 200 words at least... not as much as it sounds, really. That's like 2 paragraphs... lol.
  
  
  Effects
  I've stopped hitting every single beat with black flashes... lol. I've use a variety of some effects that hurt your eyes less and look better. =]
  For the second two 'we used to be so perfect' I used the old film effect, it gets more evident on the third one (I hope I didn't overdo it.. -_-;;;). The main reason is that that lyric really refers to their childish innocence, so as the vid progresses, the childish innocence seems farther and farther away, and therefore the effect is more evident with each time the lyric is repeated.
