• Comments: I wonder why is it that my projects nowadays seem to end up being something quite different from what I originaly meant. This project started as a "hey, I wanna do a Kannaduki no Miko tribute using this song", then to "I'll turn this into a character profile about Chikane" and finaly.. this. Can't really call it character profile anymore because I once again took liberties from the original series to create something else.
  
  This ended up to be a yuri-flavoured drama.
  
  Warning 1: This is not a funny AMV like most of my recent works.
  Warning 2: Heavy spoilers of Kannaduki no Miko
  
  There has been too long since I last made a serious AMV so I thought it's about time I'll make one again. That was the main reason for me to start this project, when I finaly got raws. The song used is from the series itself and is found on Kotoko's Kannaduki no Miko op/ed-single. It was originaly used as a BGM for.. was it ep7. Anyway, I really started to like it for it's a nice fast-paced j-pop song. I grew more fond to it when I got my hands on the lyrics translations. Around that time the project switched to be a character profile. It was when I got the raws and started editing it turned into it's current form.
  
  When I started making the first rough version I was surprised how much it felt like a real music video. I don't know if it was because the song is from the anime itself or not.. but when I noticed this I started to emphasize the music video feeling. Now to me it seems more.. well.. artistic :) I think this is how AMVs also should be more like.. *shrug* at least action AMVs.
  
  Our (Arctic Tribe) great leader Venomi told me he wanted me to make a more dark and angsty AMV.. It really isn't my style, but this one got little out of hand. I did mean to make a serious AMV.. but the result for combining the full song and the footage from the series I used ended up being something I didn't really expect. This AMV feels just wrong in some parts.
