This is the dumbest thing I've ever done. It's all nyanko_chan's fault for posting the song on fm_alchemist.
Spoilers for episodes 29, 42 and 48.
I didn't really bother too much with lipsync since it's all Japanese but there's some anyways.
To get the joke, you first must recognize the song as Moonlight Densetsu - the Sailor Moon theme song.
The second, you must realize it's Hayami Shou singing.
Third, that he provides the voice for Frank Archer in the anime.
Cue strange mental images.
