This AMV I have reworked, funny thing I started reworking it a month or so after I premiered it, Ig uess the reason why is because in the end I wanted to prove that I am a good AMV maker but barelly anyone liked my AMVs, so I felt tha tmaybe I should rework this AMV with help from AMV makers that I like watching AMVs from, I asked many to help but they all said no, ignored me or just plain lied. Rubyeye was the only one who would help me, and he did. Somethings from what he said I agreed needed to be changed, somethings I disagreed with. Like completely quitting this idea, if there is one thing I am not, its being a quitter. I am not like my friend at Shadow Productions, quitting because of no particular reason, if I quit then there is a good reason for it. But to tell you the truth, while reworking this AMV I was wondering maybe I should quit, but in the end I claimed a new sense in some ways and went onf or months trying to get the most out of this AMV and I did. I am much more proud of this AMV and for whomever can download it off me from file sharing systems or is lucky enough to ge tit off someone else I hope they like it. But there is a difference between the new one and the old one. The old one has the old intro on it (the ending of Wicker Man by Iron Maiden music) but the newer one has just a plain old intro (just the Metal Wolf Productions Presents .... (name of AMV). With this AMV came many problems, first wa slearning how to DVD rip, my friend Dragon Slayer helped me bu tin the end it failed and I went to through countess way to try and figure out a way to make it better. In the end I found a way editable and worked on it, and at this time Adobe was screwing around and in the end I finished. No one should say I didn't try making this AMV good because I did try. I would just like to say thanks to
Rubyeye Pictures and Dragon Slayer Productions.
September 27, 2003 Revision
Like most of the AMV remakes I did this one was on the whim. I didn't want to start making any new AMVs for Animethon 11/Anime Evolution 2004 till November of 2003. So to keep myself preped and knowing of AMV making I thought my old stuff could do with some touch ups. When I decided to scrap Sweating Bullets I thought what AMV should be remade and "Victims Of Moira Syndrome" seemed like the perfec tone. The remake itself almost two years ago was never really seen by anyone because by the time I started remaking the original I lost my host at Popndeth. So I wanted to remake it this time keep it pretyt mucht he same just with better video quality and sound quality. Thats pretty much all that has changed, I clean up the scene changes that wer eint he first remade and tried to keep more insync with the music. Mostly everything is how I wanted it to be, one AMV maker I look up to as inspiration Rubyeye pretyt much uses transitions galore with his AMVs and keeps a fast tight pace I would compare it to sort of like Blind Guardian in this old days of playing fast thrashy however very power pereformance while I am keep at a slower pace however i use sort of harder and louder music I would sort of comapre myself to AC/DC music maybe even Megadeth ins ome ways. However its not about comparisions when I wanted to remake this AMV i knew I didn't want to use his style because thats hsi style and thats one style I could take even if I wanted to because I dont feel confrotable doing so. This AMV style in what I would like to think is my style of keeping a slow however not to slow, heavy and loud while tyring to dicpict foreshadowing messages. I dont know why but seems to be always lacking in most AMVs is trying to depict a storyline for itself within an AMV a concept that no one understands nor cares for because they watch AMVs mostly to get an reaction of some sort. With this AMV I play with poetic justice and irony however I try to add elements of sadness within the irony. I gues si describe it as if you seen the show you know where I am coming from, if you haven't chances ar eyou wont but I will tell you my own story of the anime throught th emusic. I dont think I can explain it any further I doubt mos tpeopel dont even read the comments of an AMV (I do however so I must be "special"). However I worked on this AMV a bit more longer than the remakes I made before it (A Boy Named Sue, Cat Scratch Fever). This AMV carries a serious and horrific tone.
