  I don't really know where to start with this video, I'd had the idea for making a video about Judeau ever since I first saw Berserk about three years ago. I'd never gotten around to it though, namely because the concept seemed like such a difficult thing to pull off. Judeau has a fabulous personality and a truely epic and emotional death, but he also has absolutely no backstory outside of a small verbal exchange he and Gatts have about two thirds of the way through the series. On top of this he's generally a side character throughout the whole series, making creating a four plus minute video devoted solely to him a difficult feat at best.
  
  So how did I do it? Mainly through attempting to create a flow based on still frames moreso then motion (with the exception of the song's choruses). I also attempted to tie in other characters whom Judeau related to in unique ways. Pippin is seen as his brother in arms, Caska is the love he could never have, and Gatts and Griffith as his supiriors, whom he may have always envied deep down, but never let it get in the way of their friendships. The overreaching theme here is failure, the fact that Judeau, though he tries his very best, ends up letting himself down by not being able to save Caska in the end. I tried to disguise the fact that I ran out of good footage after editing about half of the timeline as best I could, and I actually think it turned out rather well in the end. The ending of this video has come close to making me cry. Judeau was my favorite character in the entire series, and I felt like he deserved at least one tribute video out there.
  
  So after numerous technical difficulties thanks to bad cd ripping programs and an updated Xvid, I present The Hawk's Tallon: Judeau to those who may watch it. Enjoy.
