Just wanted to make something beautiful. While exploring the dangers of online dating.
This video was a product of having a single moment in my mind, the initial color burst and it looks exactly as it did in my head. I wanted to explore the idea of using color and the lack of color to push the story so the challenge was how to create a video where the crescendos are these bursts of color. When I processed the black and white scenes I realized it made it look like a moving manga so I tried to punch that up as much as possible.
On the whole I just wanted to create a video that is unique from the typical video.
